Vinyl Printing Guide


Special Notes		Four color process printing requires special quotation. Please identify repeat orders with previous invoice or reference number and date produced.
Artwork Guidelines		We accept 3.5" diskettes, ZIP disks, CDs and email (please contact factory for email address). All disks must be Macintosh formatted.
		Accepted programs are Adobe Illustrator, QuarkXpress, & Adobe Photoshop. Convert all type to outline form (curves). If this cannot be accomplished, include all of the screen & printer fonts used to create your document. Be sure to include any placed images used in creating the document. They must be saved as a TIFF or EPS file. Please include a print of the artwork and any special instructions.
Union Label		Most of our products are union made by the Graphic Communications International Union (GCIU). However, we assume no responsibility for printing the union label unless specifically indicated on your purchase order.
Proofs		Black and white paper proof $10.00(A). Actual product proof $50.00(A) plus art charges, for a one color imprint. Add $30.00(A) for each extra color. Only art charges can be applied against the production order.
Less Than Minimum		Not Available.
Over and Underruns		We make every effort to ship exactly the amount ordered. However, all orders are subject to a 5% over or under run and will be considered complete for invoicing.
Personalization		Available only in vinyl background colors shown above. Refer to our Engravable Badges Page.

Please note that colors displayed on computer monitors can vary greatly, depending on individual monitor settings. For true color representations, refer to printed Pantone/PMS reference materials or contact a distributor to request color swatches.
