For digital personalization we prefer lists to be provided as an Excel spreadsheet or tab delimited text file. Please include the location, size, type style and color of your personalization with your order. Exact PMS matches are not available.

We are not responsible for proofreading the personalization files so please be sure to check over your list carefully and make sure all case formats are correct. Lists will be printed exactly as they are received. Each line of personalization needs to be in its own column, as shown in the following examples.

All of the badges ordered will be completed and billed. If only a portion of the badges are to be engraved wit the initial order, the factory will store the remaining badges for future personalization. Remember there is a $20.00(A) set up charge for engraving regardless of quantity, so it's best to accumulate several badges before making a release.

Please identify repeat orders with previous invoice or reference number and date produced.

GOTHIC or ROMAN.  If a type style is not requested with your order, GOTHIC will automatically be used.
